Many of you are probably like me, sitting here in total shock wondering how I misjudged the United States people. Barrak Obama has won another term, total fooling many people AGAIN.
It is funny but I thought the People of the United States(not so united any more thanks to the POTUS) loved freedom, I thought we stood for equality(no not equal wealth, you have to earn that) I thought The U.S. people were a fierce people that bowed to no one(Obama has changed all that) I thought we were a people that championed the defense of the weak and oppressed. I thought all we ourselves wanted was a chance to have a good education, be able to work making a living(whose standards is among the highest in the world)Be free to go where we want and speak our mind. I thought we believed (as U.S. citizens) in personal responsibility, thereby taking charge of our lives and providing for our family's as well as having the ability to become successful and rich.
I thought our military was second to none and that we were supposed to be a power to be reckoned with,(not under the current R.O.E'S. attempting to give our enemies a fair chance) I thought we as a free people did NOT want nor condone socialism, communism, fascism or any other restrictive enslaving government. Apparently I was mistaken in all of the above.
Our constitution was developed and written to PROTECT the people. It spells out clearly the powers of government and even MORE IMPORTANTLY it limits what government can do. The Bill of rights spell out our rights as citizens and also limits power of the government by giving us power as citizens. Our government was designed to serve the people NOT THE PEOPLE SERVING IT.
Today the size of government has made it like a cancer consuming the host body and destroying the very host that gives it life.
The United States will from this day foward be forever changed and will no longer exist as a free and capitalistic country. Just like a noose around our neck, the knot(government)will grow ever tighter.
People voted for larger government, for free stuff(welfare, unemployment,medical,grants, even Obama phones) of which there is too much to list here. Obama has PURCHASED your votes for a few pieces of gold. Now he will do as he pleases.
Like the old game show saying goes, "YOU ASKED FOR IT"
